Last mellow. Google+
What’s Google+? Like me, I’m willing to bet that’s what a lot of people are wondering about this new kid on the venereal networking block. Gurus suggest it will be the second-coming in communal networking platforms, so it’s safe to say Google+ might soon be the proverbial brier in the sides of Facebook and Twitter. Similar to Facebook’s capabilities, Google+ now offers “Pages” to brands, businesses, and celebrities. The caveat, however, is that the search appliance’s version will allow the page owner (e.g., Charlie Sheen) to interact with their fans and critics, as well as transmit news updates and market their image to the world.
Facebook changes
Speaking of righteous, old Facebook, how about those changes everyone was moping about earlier this year? Despite your complaints toward Zuckerberg ’s “f8” redesign, do you even reward what it looked like before? Yeah, I thought so.
The most noticeable changes included a rehabilitate of the News Feed, including a new real-time ticker so users don’t be absent from a single update on their friends’ likes and shares. With all these gingerbread new-age changes being made to Facebook every year, I can only help but wonder why a spelling and grammar at feature has yet to be added.
