Who or which country usually buys bonds for millage increases?
Question: If a district is willing to sell bonds to increase mileage or spread existing mileage, buying the bonds? Please tell me this is not China ... They have so much of our taxpayers.
Answer: Loan obligations are always bought by individual investors in the U.S. who want to tax interest income available from the links. Foreign countries do not buy it.
