If a fossil has survived 100 million years to be fond one day. How could it possibly still be in tact?
Question: What I view is not fossil fuels could possibly survive that long. With rates of erosion, volcanoes, earthquakes shaking violently hundreds or thousands of times during this period could not survive fossil thirsty.
Answer: As was already biting, fossils have become rock, and are not going to rot. The problem is that the rate of the continents are eroding, they would be discharged into the scads in only 10 million years.
