Home and Garden Expo promotes spring spirit

Those attending the People's home and Garden Expo, held at the Continuing Education Building on the Iowa Prime Community College campus, came with a passion for home subvention and lawn care.
"People come out, and they're ready to get ideas on what to do for the rise," Darr said. "They're in the buying mood."
For lawn enthusiasts, there were vendors sacrifice implements, off-highway vehicles, tree services, landscaping, water purification, bird feeders and pools.
People interested in sprucing the homestead met with vendors providing services for decks, basements, flooring, siding, insulation, roofing, and doors and windows. There was also word on hidden fences, custom homes, energy saving aids, and new baths.
