Minor denies murdering barman Stuart Walker and setting fire to his corpse

A TEENAGER has denied murdering a barman and setting fire to his body.
Ryan Esquierdo, 19, from Cumnock in Ayrshire, is accused of fatality Stuart Walker, 28, last year.
Stuart's body was found at the side of a entr in Caponacre Industrial Estate in Cumnock on October 22.
Esquierdo is accused of punching, kicking and stamping on his density and biting him and putting his hand over his mouth.
He is further accused of restricting his breathing by compressing his neck and placement fire to him.
The teenager is also charged with stealing a mobile phone, an earring, a watch and specie from Mr Walker on the same day.
It is also alleged he tried to defeat the ends of justice by influential police he and Mr Walker were assaulted by unknown men, blaming them for the death.
Esquierdo is also said to have told officers that the earring bewitched from Mr Walker, of Cumnock, was bought from another man.
