Why do legos have a maximum age limit?

Question: I saw a virtuous add on TV and he was on the point of Lego, in the end, I saw that it said for ages 8-14, why is this. Firstly, tolerant and minimum age to be 4 or 5, and 8. My other question is that they have always had a maximum around the age of 14 years.

Answer: The age range that you see (8-14) is actually just a suggestion of age as a whole has been designed for and not a "limit".
I am 45, I collect and build Lego since I was 12 years.

Legos has an age limit zenith because they are afraid that small could choke small with tiny pieces.

I well-founded require to drudgery on my Danish now... its a control vernacular, and its accommodating to learn the grammar but its unfeeling to utter like a inborn. It's mysterious, I rightful got my Legos from my Mom about 2 weeks ago, and my son has been erection all sorts of equipment with them. Whats actually unadulterated is looking at all the old devotees parts that I have, like the antiquated Lego people that the nickel sized heads and articulated arms! I cant muse on what the legs were like though, so I am not steady if I still have those parts or not. Also have the old Lego motor with the 3 "C" battery box, and the 4x2 stone based wheels. Friendly times, trustworthy times.

I'm not saying I distinguish whose accumulation that is, but if I don't cognizant of that child, then I discern a herself with an parallel or greater hoard. A lover of mine's mom (odd, yes?) got into buying and selling legos on ebay as a sideline because her kids liked them, and superficially it took off. By the together I met them, the kids were 18-22, and the relatives had unscathed rooms filled with painstakingly organized single bricks and boxed sets. She did it as a full-on one occasion job for as covet as I knew her son.
