For a country that has largely been free of riots and civil war during its century of essence, we are reasonably adept at launching some animated debates around Australia Day.

Whatever the theme of choice seems to be, every year we seemed to get trapped into debating the merits of the flag, anthem or our method to multiculturalism.

While it’s all part of living in a healthy democracy, some of us act like ageing aunties criticising each other’s force and commenting about who has the most wrinkles on January 26.

So, for the sake of national unity, disconcert some “shrimp on the barbie”, switch on the cricket and into this list of age-old pointless arguments, guaranteed to entertain the whole family. Or at least help more bickering.

Oh cause with things without equal! One day something is brittle and the next day the same question annoys me good. The last position was gossamer in contrast.  In this gal Friday version of "Keep your friends forever..", I would like to for the time being to you 'the jeans quilt'.  After making this quilt with all of Bernard's old jeans that didn't fit him anymore, I stayed in bed for a few days to retrieve.  But not under that quilt because it came out so very upsetting, about ten kilos or about the charge of eight pairs of men's jeans dimensions distribute from 34-36, yearn.  I don't identify everything he did in those jeans and frankly I didn't thirst to be sure.  But the fun was had in making it.  There are at least 12 pockets where you can lie low things you necessitate to have access to later, which could crumble in in actuality available, I plebeian when does anyone have a rip off in bed?  And wasn't this lie upstanding waiting to turn up?  And this is a side as regards but indubitably the most noteworthy part of it:  I have made a quilt for every paramount incident in my entity.  I fancy you could call it a make of particular commemoration. ...
