At 12:04 p.m., a Lexington Road man reported a car tire punctured and vandalized overnight. According to guard, a sharp object was intentionally pushed through the tire’s sidewall.

At 12:25 p.m., Marc Piro, 18, of 23 Buckingham in Wilmington, was arrested and charged with insolvency to yield at an intersection and possession with the intent to distribute a Class D gravamen (marijuana). According to police, officers were conducting routine freight patrol on Main Street when Piro nearly caused a main accident near the Route 128 rotary. Police pulled Piro’s car over and found marijuana and sedative paraphernalia in plain view in the vehicle.
