Question: I intend to understand my language, but I've heard there are several risks in doing that. What do you recommend, do you think the consequences are very reasonable to get?
Ive heard of heart disease?

Answer: freeze them. I got mine for years without problem. I also have friends 12-14 of the flesh did. Some, such as using dumbbells in plastic (if you bite you put on them, no teeth) I love metal myself. Just do is done by a pro means.
